What’s included in the tour?

All tours from More Than a Tour are all-inclusive and cover everything you need for a fantastic day out. This includes; transport from a variety of pick-up locations, lunch, entry to all attractions featured on the itinerary, activities, a souvenir to remember the day and an expert tour guide for the duration of the tour.

How do I book a tour?

You can book your selected tour online through our secure portal.

 

How long does each tour take?

All tours vary in duration but our standard full-day tour lasts 6-8 hours.

 

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Our tickets are non-refundable; however we can alter the date of your tour for an administration fee.

 

Are tickets transferable?

We can transfer tickets up to 14-days in advance of the tour date.

 

Where are the pick up/drop off locations?

Pick up and drop off locations can vary between tours, but the main points cover various locations across:

  • London

  • Southampton

  • Poole

  • Bournemouth

  • Portsmouth

  • Across the New Forest

How do I make payment for the tour?

Via our online booking system, select ‘book now’ on your chosen tour and the rest is easy. follow the steps.

 

Is the payment process secure?

Our booking system is the world’s number 1 tour booking system. We operate with only the most secure software and gateways and no card details are stored on the system. This is simply the most secure system in the world for booking tours.

All tour bookings are made through Rezgo, which is the leading online tour booking software, using an industry standard 256 Bit Wild Card SSL booking page. This means that all sensitive customer data is protected and secure.

Can I book over the phone?

We do not currently have a call centre booking facility. However, if you email bookings@morethanatour.com we will respond and deal with your enquiry within 24-hours, guaranteed.

 

When will my tickets arrive?

Within 24 hours of booking a tour or event you will receive email confirmation containing your receipt and everything you need to know on the day. This is also your ticket for the day, which you can either print, or show on your smartphone on the day.

 

If the tour or event itinerary features tickets for an attraction, these will be provided on the day. Your tickets are e-tickets and once booking has been confirmed print and retain your confirmation which acts as your ticket.

Absolutely. Our system is global and we look forward to welcoming guests from all over the world.

 

I’m booking for a big group, do you offer a discounted rate?

Yes, we can offer bespoke itineraries and discounts for group bookings. Please email bookings@morethanatour.co.uk

 

I’ve lost my tickets, what can I do?

Please email bookings@morethanatour.com with your name, address and details of your tour and we will be will happy to assist. However, once confirmation has been received it will be on your email system for ongoing reference.
